Confederate Flag Day Run
Three Runs will be held on Saturday, March 3rd, 2018:
Northwest/Northeast Brigade
Lineup begins at 8 am---leaving at 9 am from Flying J Truck Stop, I-20 Exit 3 at Greenwood, LA. It will head east to Vicksburg, MS with following stops:
Loves Truck Stop, I-20 Exit 49 Minden, LA; Lincoln Parish Library, I-20 Exit 85 Ruston, LA; Chevron Truck Stop, I-20 Exit 101 west of Monroe, LA; Extra gas stops at either Exit 132, Rayville or I-20 Exit 171, Tallulah. It will then circle at the Mississippi Tourist Bureau and head back west stopping at the Louisiana Tourist Bureau. This is the end of the ride-Those wishing to continue flying their flags back to Shreveport Area may do so.
Southwest Brigade
Line up in Lafayette at Buffalo Wild Wings located @ exit 1C off I-49, at 10:00a.m. We will proceed west on I-10 and take a midway break at the Love's Truck Stop in Iowa, La (Exit 43). We will continue west and after a stop at the Texas Welcome Center, we will travel onward to the Confederate Park located off Exit 875 for lunch. From there we will travel back east on I-10. Participants are encouraged to travel back into Louisiana together until they reach their respective exits.
Southwest Brigade- two routes
SCV SE Brigade Commander Chip Landry Convoy
Leaving at 10 a.m. at the Mississippi Welcome Center on I-55 in Osyka, Miss. It will travel south on I-55 to I-12 in Hammond, La. and go east on I-55 for one mile to the U.S. 51 exit, where it will exit I-12. There will be a rest stop at the Pilot Truck Stop for approximately 20 minutes. We will then reenter I-12 eastbound continuing to the I-12/I-10/I-59 interchange just east of Slidell, and enter I-59 northbound, ending at the Mississippi Welcome Center.
This will be approximately 100 miles and we are hoping to complete the
run in about 2 to 2-1/2 hours. By starting and stopping at two Mississippi locations,
we are hoping to get some of our Mississippi compatriots to join us.

SCVMC 4th Platoon Leader Buster Middaugh Convoy
Convoy will start in Slidell, LA at the T&A Truck Stop at 1682 Gause Blvd. Meeting time starts at 7:30 am and the departure time is 8:00 am. For those I-10, time to meet up with convoy will be at the Pilot Travel Center, 2601 South Range Ave, Denham Springs, LA at 10:00 am, departure time is tentative. Planned stops from Slidell scheduled are:

Gathering time is 8:00 am Departure time is tentative
Second stop is Hammond Pilot Travel Center 211 SW. Railroad Ave. Hammond LA. 70403
Gathering time is 9:00 am Departure time is tentative
Third stop is Denham springs Pilot Travel Center 2331 S. Range Ave. Denham Springs 70726
Gathering time is 1030 This is the longest stop to give people time to meet up.
